Accuracy matters especially where licensing, payments, eligibility, promotions and gambling risk are involved.
How we handle errors
When a factual error is confirmed, we correct it as soon as reasonably possible. Material corrections should include a note explaining what changed and the date of the correction. Minor spelling, grammar and formatting changes may be made without a correction note when they do not alter meaning.
Review process
- Identify the exact statement and supporting source.
- Check the original publication evidence and current authoritative information.
- Correct, clarify or remove the statement.
- Add a correction note when the change is material.
- Review related comparison tables or articles for the same error.
Operator requests
Operators may provide evidence or request a factual review, but they cannot purchase removal of a documented limitation or dictate a conclusion. Commercial relationships do not receive a separate corrections standard.
Contact channel
A public editorial contact channel will be added before launch. Until then, this staging site does not accept public correction submissions.
